TEOCO is a leading provider of planning, assurance, analytics and optimization solutions to communications’ service providers, worldwide.

It helps over 300 providers in more than 100 countries run their networks and businesses more efficiently and profitably, assisting them in maximising their customer experiences. When the company acquired UK-based AIRCOM International, it needed to integrate the business into the TEOCO brand swiftly and seamlessly, and turned to StrategicFusion to help with that task by creating a new website.

Working closely with the new global marketing team and engaging with all internal stakeholders, the project entailed a thorough review of the ‘new TEOCO’ corporate positioning and proposition, especially in relation to its more global competitive set. An additional challenge was how best to support the integration of AIRCOM’s products and services. Finally, an in-depth review of the user experience (UX) revealed opportunities to enhance the site’s content, functionality and navigation.

Including video assets, the site is fully responsive and features an easy-to-use Content Management System that enables all copy and visuals to be updated in-house, without expensive recourse to external suppliers.
